MyDesk is provided "as is". Digital Response makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
04Limitations
In no event shall Digital Response be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use MyDesk, even if notified of the possibility of such damages.
